One more day of class, and my weekends are mine again...until I take that Biology class with City, but that's different. Tomorrow is the end of a year of half of my weekends sacrificed for my education. Whee! After tomorrow, only 12 credit hours remaining: one course in interdisciplinary studies, one course in life science with a lab (The reason I have none is because I'm interested in two aspects of biology: the food chain and reproduction activities among humans.), and two semesters of Internship. Bless her, the lady at SIU was willing to sign me up for both at once, but I think I'll need more time. If I finish before December, so what. It'll be less stressful, and I don't think I want to keep the heartburn I've been having off and on for the past month.
The presentation went well. H & V did a decent job with the powerpoint last night after I left. Arrogance makes me think that I could have done it better, but in truth, I simply would have done it differently. The paper, though...that was where my editing skills were valuable. Oh, and the fact that I can type faster than five letters a minute.
Internship...must remember to burn myself a disk for the internship stuff for next week while I'm underway.
I thought about ordering a class ring. I don't know if I still can, since the campus orders were supposed to be in in February. I guess I could call the company, but I'm not sure if I want one.
If I had one, though, it would be one of the white gold signets without the antiquing. Nice and understated.
