Sometimes, I forget that they're out there. I ran across a website called Helium through a Google ad, spent five minutes reading their User Agreement, and nearly dropped my tea. Lots of adjectives in there pertaining to the license, like irrevocable, transferable, perpetual.... And then, of course, is the with or without attribution to you and all of the nice words following.

Wouldn't it have been faster to just say: Join us and we can do whatever we want forever with what you submit. And we don't have to say it was yours. But feel free to use it elsewhere yourself.
