You know, every time I have had enough of the stadium whine, and say, "F--- the Chargers! Let 'em move!" They have a hell of a season and make me like them again.

So I guess the secret to winning Chargers is me being pissed off with their owners and the machinations of the local politicians.

(no subject)

And to be more serious...the tsunami/earthquake news is horrible. I keep thinking of the woman in the bar in Thailand--the woman who was so happy it was pouring rain so that her house would have water that day--and I hope she's alive, and her family, too. Do tragedies like this touch me more because I've walked on those beaches and met those people? And if so, then what does it say about me as a person, that I value more people I've met and seen than those I haven't?
