So the doc said that my "good" cholesterols were low, and my "bad" ones were on the upper end of the acceptable limit. I know it stressed me a bit, because I walked out desperately wanting a Krispy Kreme donut.
And I simply *must* find a substitute for coca-cola. Something not-soda. And if I don't get my habit broken before I go to sea, I'm lost.
