Random confessions

When I was a little kid, I thought that "Feliz Navidad, Prospero Año y Felicidad" really did mean "I wanna wish you a Merry Christmas from the bottom of my heart." But I bet there are millions of adults who still believe the same thing.

And of course, when I first came to San Diego, I wondered why all of the Mexican license plates were labeled "FRONT" when they were clearly on the back of the car. Now I know that it stands for "Frontera".

I really didn't know what "prick" meant when I said it at the dinner table. Mom was not pleased.

I killed baby toads when I was a child, because I thought they were frogs, so I tossed them into the pond. The fish ate them.

I still like reading cheap, trashy, plotless romances, but mostly just for the laughs.
