Ebay...

Usually, ebay is quite simple. I bid, I win, I contact and send money, and they send me stuff.

Idiot me forgot the "contact" part this time.

So now I'm still waiting for books from an auction that ended on 19 Sep, I've sent emails on 10/1, 10/6, and 10/9 with no response. I'll send another on the 12th, suggesting that I'll contact PayPal for a refund and sub negative feedback when thirty days have gone past with no contact, and we'll see if THAT gets a response.

And that little bitty feedback line? Heh. I have all the room I want, if I put in a url. And I shall put copies of all of the dratted emails I've sent.

I hate the itty bitty feedback line. You can't put anything worthwhile in it unless you're going for "GREAT SELLER!!!! A+++++++!!!!!!"

Has anybody else updated your seller's feedback lately? Where's where I got news about my bum seller last Christmas.

Yeah. There's feedback from around the same time this auction closed, and it was all good. It may very well be enroute, but a simple email would have been nice. "I shipped it last Tuesday" would have been quite easy.

I guess I got used to dealing with the professionals. :o(

Maybe I'll just edit this post and link here, lol.

Yes, a link--nice idea.

I'm having the same angst this week over the laser printer catridge I bought last week. Would it be SO hard to tell me when it shipped? Sigh.
